I am based in Australia and my mum is in Phils. She wanted me to send her liquid glucosamine product for her osteo-arthritis. What is the best brand? There is one in the supermarket but probably synthetic and I do not trust so much. Natural will be better.........Pls help! Im due to send this week.

if it's just glucosamine, it doesn't matter if it's natural or synthetic - it's still only glucosamine. they are the same. glucosamine can come as Glucosamine HCl (hydrohloride) and Glusoamine sulfate. i am not sure which they use in the liquid form. probably the sulfate, which is more likely than the Gluc HCl to be naturally derived. they are comparable. try some herbs for her, too. curcumin, devil's claw, boswellia. i hope this helps

Believe me, I LIVE on this stuff. I accidently swallowed my very first dose right out of the bottle without diluting it. within 2 hours, I was pain free.
