I believe it is a misdemeanor same as driving without privileges. At least that is the way it is in most states. However the fine is around $300 or more. Plus they can pull all driving privileges for up to one year.

It would be the same penalty as driving a car without a license.

If you do it drunk, yes.

If you let the cops take your hooker pillion away, they will look the other way.
