Nurses will make more money as there is a greater shortage of nurses.
Teachers tend to have better more stable benefits.....however pay for performance is less common because you are more likely to be a govt employee than a private sector employee (nurses tend to be private sector).
You can be a nurse in the US with as little as 2 years post high school education....most teachers require 6 years. However with nursing the more education you et the higher you get paid......but 6 years education for nursing generally equals a lot more $$ than a starting teacher.
My prejudice says go with nursing unless summers and holidays off is really important to you.l

Sing the Day Song; Mondays here, Mondays here Mondays here now is that clear Do a puzzle, wouldn't that be fun? Lots to do for everyone Or the Weather Song; What is the weather today? What is the weather today? Its Sunny and Warm, Sunny and Warm That is the weather today Hooray! (depending on the weather it can be 'Hooray' or 'BooHoo' Story Sacks are great, get a book and find lots of things to do with the book, e.g, toys, games, songs, info books etc While reading the story you allow the children to hold items to do with the story. After the story you can sing a song related to the book, look through other books or colour in a picture about the book. The possibilities are endless, there is so much you can do. Try and make up as many sacks as possible so you have a good variety. The children love it, especially being so involved. We have Polly, a teddy bear that is passed round during group time, only the person holding Polly can talk. It takes quite a while for them to grasp the idea but in turn it pushes forward their taking turn abilities. Also their listening skills. Your ideas sound great, good luck! Good luck moving rooms!
