I'm using this snazzi PVR tv tuner card to record tv programmes. During playback of the recorded programme, i realised as the playback progress, the video and audio will become more and more not synchronise(audio lagging). For example the audio of this scene will sound maybe few seconds later. For output format i chose MPEG2, 4000kbps, framerate 30 but for audio that isn't much option to choose except the audio capture which i chose the default audio from the card itself. I've tried recording using MPEG1, AVI, and MPEG4 and resulted same problem. I'm thinking is it the kbps or framerate. Any solution to this. Appreciate for any answer.

It takes far more time to compress video than audio, so if the encoder is not designed right, you will see audio/video-sync issues.

Check if your TV card has a setup option to adjust a/v sync. If not, check if there is a firmware upgrade for your card that fixes the problem. Finally, try a different decoder. Maybe the encoder puts the correct time stamps, but your decoder is not doing its sync job properly.

IMO so some distance as my information i do no longer see any T.V. tuner card can checklist interest. yet once you decide directly to checklist video games you need to use this classes FRAPS, BSR show screen recorder, I show screen Recorder. this might help you.
