I'm looking into getting a UVB bulb. Currently I use a Exo Terra brand 75 watt Sun Glo light in the day time that provides UVA rays but no UVB rays and a Exo Terra brand 75 watt Night Glo light that I believe only has UVA rays (the box and internet don't say but they have to produce some sort of ray).
If I was to get another light that was a source of UVB rays would I use both the UVA and UVB lights at the same time? Would I need more UVB time than UVA? I currently have about 12-13 hours of UVA.Would using both simultaniously injur my turtle? How many watts of UVB should I use with the 75 UVA? Will this addition make the tank more hot?

Would it be bad if I used a UVB light in place of a UVA light and completely eliminated the UVA light?

If I add a 5.0 UVB light should it be over the basking area where the current light will most likely remain or over the water? And I have the Night Glo light just because it keeps the heat regulation at night because with out it it gets cold. A heater makes it too hot at night so I use to Night Glo that works just great.
