american cancer society my mom battled breast cancer twice, she was just too tired on the second time, but she kicked *** to the end.......thats my mom you know what i mean!

Any charity that actually used the money to help people, not line their own pockets. I'd check them out first.

I would start my own charities that would help people who were ill and couldnt afford their medication amoung many other outlets for people hitting hard times and dont have anywhere to turn for their medical needs.

The American Red Cross. Because they help so many and I would be certain the money would go to a good cause.

St. Judes for children where ever they are....for ill and terminally ill children.
Humane Societies ... especially the one in my town...Our Humane Society needs so much more than the donations they receive...
Lung Association...Because my Mother and I both have suffered lung disease...God Rest Her Soul!
