I know of someone who might have killed me, but I mighta got her first too. Who knows?

Everybody would be dead.
Face it we have crazy people who would love to murder but they know its illegal. So I think wed all be dead.

without the law from man saying it is illegal to kill people there is the law of God and there is morals .
so no i don't think if there was no law or a person thought they were completely sure they could do this and not get caught that i would have been killed or killed anyone else.

That's why we have such a thing as religion. Thou shalt not murder rings a bell.
But, if murder was allowed, for say vengeance purposes, I know many who would've killed me. It would be like..."Step in line..."
