Need some more details. Where are you seeing the bubbles and where do they seem to be coming from? Are they just in the water, stuck to the glass? Do they appear to be coming from plants or up out of the gravel? Fill in some details and we can help you figure it out.

you have some thing in your tank that had cracks in it that store air and release it in small bubbles that look like gas fumes. Find the location of the bubles, remove it, do a 20 percent water change. After youve done this add dechlorinator to remove any materials in your tank that are hazardous.
If the bubbles are coming from you gravel it is extremely weird and dig inside the spot and try to find the source, be carefull don't stir up the gravel and send waste flying everywhere

Please be more specific. Have you done a water change? Have you vacuumed the bottom? What type of filter are you using? What type of fish do you have in the tank.

You need to go to the local pet shop and talk to them. There are some chemicals that will help. Since you didn't give me much to go on all I can suggest is check with the pet shop...
