Should Larry Birkhead sue Howard Stern for fraud now?

Question

Since Larry is now the real father of baby Danielynn. And what about the baby's name? Cool name or lousy choice?

I heard somewhere that Larry has the basis to take Howard to court for fraud. I guess Larry's spent over $600,000 in legal fees already.

No. It's all getting rather silly now. Larry is the father. Stern is not. I don't know why Stern thought he could father such a cute baby anyway. Birkhead should just relax, take care of his baby and if the "estate" turns out to provide for the child, good. If not,. he better get a job and keep it, like other daddies do.

Since Larry is the biological father he will get custody of the child..Howard stern is not contesting this and is being gracious about the procedure...There is a hearing on Friday .Why would larry sue him for fraud? The name of the baby is great, and I hope everything works out for all including the grandmother..she deserves the right, to be in the grandchilds life....

In the Bahamas the mother can put anyone's name on the birth certificate. That was told weeks ago on Court TV. No, Larry won't be able to sue!!! The poor girl has already had her name changed. Two different names in just a matter of weeks so why change it again? Besides that her name is after her deceased brother & I see nothing wrong with that.

no and i do not believe he will...I think howard genuinely believed dannielynn was his...I think it is a very pretty name...I love unique names and she has part of her late half brother's name in her name so that's really cool. Larry's birkhead's sister said on larry king live that before the baby was born...larry and anna discussed names and one of the names they both liked was Hanna but larry is not going to change the name. I now hope the baby lives a good and less confusing life now!!

I don't see where the basis for fraud would be because no one can really disprove that Stern didn't have a sexual relationship with Anna around the time of conception. With him continuously dodging taking a DNA test it certainly seemed like he knew that was little chance he was the father but to legally prove any kind of fraud you need more concrete evidence rather than simple suspicion. As for the name it wouldn't be my first choice but I can see why Anna would name her that as sort of a tribute to her son who I believe passed before Anna named her.

As a lawyer, I'm all for him doing anything that would generate more legal fees.

However, I really think the baby's life has been enough of a circus. Time to close the book, send the paparazzi home, and start being Daddy.

i'm no longer positive if he will or no longer. He sounds like an extremely brilliant individual and someone who will provide her an astonishing life; even someone who ought to enable Anna's kinfolk or maybe Howard and his kinfolk to be aside of her life. yet who's conscious of... i in my opinion desire he would not. With each and each of the crap Howard has performed because that Anna grew to develop into pregnant, if I were Larry i does no longer let that creep interior a 20 mile radius of her. I say play useful for from time to time tell him to wander away once she's secure at residing house in California. ;)

Maybe Howard really thought that he was the dad! I dont think that he really knew that he was not the dad.Do you honestly thik that anna told him that Birkhead was the dad and asked him to lie?

I don't know if he would be smart, I think I'd be ready to get out of the public spotlight as much as possible. I hope for baby's sake he doesn't.
