F-12 in my opinion. Your coin still has all the letters visible, and some details in the hair curls. The "I" in LIBERTY is weak, else I would have graded it F-15.

I found some Liberty Head Nickels graded by PCGS and ANACS that have roughly the same degree of wear like yours; here:

It is not so easy to see it through the marks or wrinkles of the Mylar holder. It looks like most of liberty is there, but to be sure I would need a view of the coin without the holder. I am not so sure of the letter i. So with what I have to go on. I would have to call it a Very good-8 +. if the i in liberty can be seen it would grade fine-12. This is using ANA grading standards. The i maybe weak but must show. It is hard to grade a coin in any type of packaging and the higher the resolution of the photo or scan the better. The image must also be sharp.
