Please help I cant get them in!! Im talking about eye contacts for vision not contacts on yahoo. I cant get them in i need advice ple=z

o and i got them in (the eye doc put them in) and took them out well when i got home i noticed my eye got a little red now its reallly red help!

1) Make sure the lens in not inside out. If the edges flare out, it is inside out.
2) Make sure there is a drop of fluid on the lens (don't do this with self cleaning fluid- it will sting really bad)
3) don't try to put it directly on your iris. Pull your lower lid down, press your chin into your chest so that your eyes are kind of looking up at the mirror and then put the lens on the white part of your eye below your iris.
4)hold the lens to your eye with your finger while you slide the lens up. When it gets part way on the iris, you can get it into place by blinking.

ok, do everyting that Val said, but NOT TOMORROW! If your eye is really irritated, you may have scratched your cornea. Wait until that irritation passes before you try wearing your lenses again. Go back to your specs in the meantime.
Above all, don't get discouraged. Let's facie it: Sticking stuff in your eyes isn't natural. It's gonna take some getting used to.
