I heard from some people saying that if you install strut bars ( the one you put under your hood ), it can mess up the wheel alignment. Is this true? Why or why not?

If the strut bar drops directly on the existing strut mount bolts there will be no problem. If the strut bar does not fit trade it to the seller and get another. Be sure it fits first!

I cant believe the installation of a strut bar would change anything unless the uni-body is whacked out of shape to begin with.
The Toyota Camry LE comes from the factory with no strut bar. The SE model has one to further stiffen the chassis for larger anti-roll bars higher springs and re-valved struts.

Bring the car in for a suspention check. You will most likly have caused damage to the rim, tire, ball joints, tie rods, rack, or other componants. Repairs may range from just an alignment check and suspention check, to a full front end suspention rebuild. I would have this checked out right away by a qualified shop. Have the suspention componants check for stress fractures, bends, linkage loseness, or other complications. The check may take anywhere from 30 minutes - 1 and a half hours depending on how indepth diagnosis is needed. I would have this doen right away, or safty may be at hand. I had a Subaru Legacy "Outback" come into the shop. The owner hit a curb very hard and basically distroyed the wheel bearing on the front driver side wheel. The owner left it for long enough, the bearing started wearing the metal on the hub assembly and the steering knuckle. The steering knuckle, the hub and bearing all needed to be replaced. When I lifted it off the floor in the initial inspection, the wheel was at an angle i could see was not good, probably at about 10degree positive camber, give or take, on top of the suspention slack. If it was left for any longer, then the wheel may have come off, and if anyone has seen the affects of a wheel coming off at high speeds, you're probably cringing. I would take it in for a suspention and steering linkage check (front end suspention check) and if all comes out good, have an alignment check, and if that trurns out good, have the wheels rebalanced and be on your way. If there are lose or damaged suspention componants or steering linkage componants, repair/replace them and then do the alignment and wheel balance. There is no use doing an alignment is componants are damaged.

Yes best results are to install the strut tower bar and ride about a month or 500 miles then go get it aligned so everything is settled in

Stuff it up from factory yes but thats not necessarily bad. Depending on the car you will most likely improve the handeling.
