Steve Nash is a better team player and since there is no "I" in team, Steve Nash is better.

I would rather have Steve Nash leading my team any day, against any team. Kobe as a starter since Shaq left is 110-109. So for every game he's won, he's also lost a game. And look at the Suns without Steve Nash. They're horrible. They are 2-4 without Nash, and one of those losses was at home to the Hawks. The Lakers are 3-2 without Kobe by the way.

Nash not only dishes out more assists, but he also has a MUCH BETTER Ast to TO Ratio. He also shoots for a higher percentage than Kobe. Why would anyone take Kobe over Steve Nash?

Well I guess Kobe is much (and I say much) talented than Steve but when it comes to understanding the game I think Nash has proven that 'sharing the ball' is much easier than taking it all by yourself. Basketball is a team sports, you may get to score fifty on one night but not at all nights. You may just burn out sooner or later, when you share the ball you afford to have some rest and that makes the job much easier for any player.

Nope, Kobe may be able to beat Steve Nash 1-on-1 but if Nash has his team he is able to score,pass, and sometimes rebound. But if nash get 10 rebs every game hes averaging a triple double a game and kobe is trying to start passing but it aint gonna work!

Nash all the way.
He is a better all around player. All Kobe can do is score. You can't win a game with 50 points.

Kobe = Points
Steve = Assists

Kobe is better because he is like the Michael Jordan of current NBA era.

kobe is the best all round player, but nash make everyone around him better...............what did u think of kobe when he quit on his team vs the suns in the 4th quarter, 4 shot attempts???? how can u like someone who just wanted to show what would happen without him.....SOFT......stop comparing wit jordan it shows u really didnt watch basketball when jordan was around, look who played against magic,bird,thomas,stocken,molane,robinson,drexler,mullen, etc
