Depends on the rest of your roster and what your needs are. Hamels is a very good pitcher, not quite at the level of Halladay but very close. Pierre is an awesome source of stolen bases but not much else....still worthy of having as your 3rd outfielder. Vazquez is a fantsy waste and i would revise the deal and ask for either someone else (i.e., better) or just ask the other guy to drop him from the offer. The problem with including him is you would need to drop someone from your roster to add him and what you have cant be any worse than him. You already need to cut one guy to get Pierre and Hamels for Halladay so it really is important to consider who you will release in order to complete the deal. But I would do a Halladay for Pierre and Hamels if I needed an additional outfielder and stolen bases. Just dont take Vasquez (that 4.84 ERA is brutal and his career numbers arent much better so what you have already seen is what you get).

I would do it for Cole Hamels and Juan Pierre...Vazquez is just icing.

Cole Hamels is going to get 225 Ks and 17 wins. Juan Pierre never stikes out and will steal 40 bases...

Roy Halladay will win 18 games and get 200 Ks...

Yeah I'd take that offer.

You'll have to drop 2 players, but it's worth it.

Hamels will have roughly the same amount of wins, but alot more K's

Then you get Juan Pierre and his 50 sb, and Vazquez.

Though I'd drop him for the best batter on waivers.

Then find the guy weak in steals and trade him Pierre.

Sort of like know thine enemy better then you know thine self.

I like the deal.

1 for 3?! the winner of this trade (if it happens) is the one getting the 3.

Halladay is only one guy. one great guy; but, but still one guy. Pierre will get 50 steals and 100 runs. Hamels will get 15 wins and 175k's. Vazquez, same # k's, but less wins.

Halladay could win 17-22 and get 190k's

I'd do it! Pierre gets you runs and SB and Hamels will be unreal this year. I bet if he stays healthy he gets 200+ SOs

i dont think so.
Holliday is a great pithcer and Hamels is a good young pithcer. If it is a keeper league then yea.
