I like Sophia and Ethan....I wouldn't use the same letter for both of them that is so old. You want them to grow up with their own personalities and be their own person. With name that are practically the same, they won't feel that they can be two different people.

How about Amelia and Ethan. When I had my twin boys I made the mistake and named them Dustin and Justin. Too much alike. If you don't mind me adding another name for a boy to go with Amelia, how about Aaron and Amelia.
