Since last Friday I've been have a kind of queasy feeling in my stomach. On Friday and Saturday, it was all day and since Sunday it's been on and off every once in a while. It seems worse in the morning when I wake up and then it gets better throughout the day. Late afternoon to before I go to bed it seems to be the best.
Sometimes after I eat, and throughout the day, it feels like gas and I burp and that seems to help. However, it seems like it always comes back. I'm wondering if it's because I've been thinking of something a lot, and thinking that it might possibly be stress? It also doesn't feel too bad when I'm not thinking about that certain thing that I mentioned.
Could this be a light case of the stomach flu? I'm just wondering if anyone has any idea what this could be and if you know of anything to do for it. Thanks.
