I believe it goes up slightly, that's why some women who are trying to get pregnant will take their temp to see when they're ovulating.

yes it goes up they say your chances of concieveing are greater when you have a higher temp because your egg is only good for 12-24 hours then it starts disenagrating good luck with trying to concieve it will happen someday don't get discouraged if you don't get pregnant right away alot of people have to wait 6 months or longer to be successful

yes it does. you can purchase a basal therm. It comes with a little chart to use. also go to fertilityfriend.com it helps a lot. Good luck.............
