Ummm no, I'm sorry I don't think they need to tan....but then again I don't tan because I believe that no one should. Cancer and also the fact that your born with a certain color and you shouldn't want to change who you are.
Oh and I'm sure there is some black person out there in a tanning salon, Tanning or not they could be working there.

lol, thats a funny question i go like all the time , JK i havn't cuz i dont go, i have a nicwe natural tan and it gets even better in the summer

Yes they are black people that go.. My cousin is mixed but very light and she goes.. I have seen other light complexion black women that go.

i have, yes, but they were the lighter-skinned blacks (at least prior to lots of tanning!)
