He may get custody due to some case law there that says that whoever the mom puts on the birth certificate is one the who should be counted as the real father no matter who is the biological father due to the feeling that the mom would have her reasons for doing so...

I think the biological father deserves the baby. I am sure Anna Nicole knew who the father really was!!! Why did she move to the Bahamas & why did she not give up Dannielynn's DNA right after she was born when Larry Birkhead asked for it!!!???

NO WAY...The actual father deserves to have the child...Howard Stern has NO BIOLOGICAL BONDS to the kid, why should he automatically get her? He only wanted her for the money, anyway! How would you like to be the father and then be told that you can't have the baby that is actually yours because the dumb ho bag you knocked up put down somebody else's name. You would say it's not fair...AND THAT WOULD BE RIGHT. I just think it's really sad that Anna Nicole didn't even know who the real father was! How pathetic! If only she would have crossed her legs...

Umm no. Anna was always selfish and made poor decisions. It's about time Larry gets the chance to hold his child and raise her. He and Dannielynn both deserve it. It's strange how people can be so judgemental when all they have to do is imagine themselves in someone else's place and they will realize what is right. Do you have a father? Are you glad you know him? I rest my case.

Ya, well it dont work that way this is reality , there is this thing as the law and they got the tests back and well dont mean to hurt you,r feelings any.......but its larry burkhead ... i was a believer and thought it was howards but wow i got the worst punch in the gut when i heard it was larry,s im worried now did howard kill anna and daniel, makes ya wonder

Do you THink that she was on her five senses when she did that? What About the Prescription all under his name? Obviously he is not a responsible person...If he was then HE would not have allowed Anna to take all those things, and Anna to use his name for that...Also He should not have alloweed Anna to take drugs while she was Pregnant..That man is sick...LArry Go get YOUR DAUGHTER BEFORE THAT SON OF A GUN KILLS HER!!!!!!!!

Stern cant have custody because that baby isnt his. The baby has a right to know who his true father is not who her father wanted it to be
