I think I'm the only guy that has answered so far, but yes. ALOT! It really sucked in my world for awhile and the depression was overwhelming! A couple months of Cymbalta (now off of it), a change of life direction and a fresh start on a couple of things and those urges have went away. Go see a Doctor if it gets too bad - I was almost suicidal (very sad but very true) and the thought of going to see my doctor was like admitting failure. He really hit the nail on the head with his talks, diagnosis and medication though. Half a year later and I feel like a brand new person. Good Luck - I hope you get happier soon. I know you didn't say you were sad, depressed or crying in your post, but why else would you post it if you weren't feelin down or experiencing it?

Sometimes, its okay to not be okay. Life is like that. Not being in control of your emotions is all about the circle, i wish i could tell you the answer to why we feel the way we do. But in all honesty, i cant. Crying is letting out emotion and stress and if you are holding it all in, sometimes the best thing is to cry. Everyone wants control of their emotions and atleast tries, but fails. Dont try so hard, youll end up being like Holden Caufield in Catcher in The Rye. Spoiler alert: he ended up in a metal institution. Not saying you will. But dont control yourself and hide yourself. My favorite saying is "sometimes you have to fall, before you can fly." its true. Anyways, much love and happiness, from a teenline representative. ~ Kayla

I don't cry very often, but I wish I could. Sometimes I want to so bad, and I just can't.
