Question on dreams and ghosts?

That link goes to a journal entry I wrote one night that explains everything in detail. My question though, is, if this really was a ghost, why would this have happened, or possible motives? Also, is it significant that my phone when I did take pictures, that there seemed to be a hand grabbing my foot as well as a glowing thing that looked (to me like a string of beads) but to my friends like a hanging rope? There were also many red orbs.

It's not that I'm so worried about it, since this had happened so long ago, more that I'm still curious about it as I still have the pictures on my phone and such.

In questions of dream analysis, I always run on instinct.

My instinct says, since you mentioned the lady in such detail, that the significance of her stabbing you through the heart was not as 'evil' as might be considered. Since you were being 'chased', perhaps it was more important that 'she' felt that you needed to wake up. A quick way to wake someone up could be a 'knife' in the heart. Since she knew it wasn't going to kill you, only roughly wake you, thats what she did.

Also, if the 'ghost' that you felt was actually 'feeding' off of your vibe, that would explain why the lady felt the need to wake you so dramatically and quickly. Ghosts, especially malevolent ones, can 'hang' around people because they are constantly generating 'bad' vibes, so its kinda like a well of energy to draw from for them. The 'paralysis' thus is their way of immobilizing you, physically and spiritually, so that you are directed to the psychic place they want you to be, generating 'bad' mojo for them to feed off of.

That leads me to something else. If the 'lady' sensed that the psychic 'strand' that the ghost was using was centered around your heart, her using the knife could also be explained: she wasn't attacking you, she was attacking the psychic web the ghost had placed upon you, and cutting it is what woke you from the nightmare and severed the paralysis. Thus, you wake up enough to see the ghost disappearing, quite upset at being driven back into the ether.

As for the disunion between the ghosts tan and pale face; if they need constant refreshes of energy in order to maintain their 'appearance' (unlike humans whose cells constantly regenerate physically, ghosts have to work at maintaining their form, otherwise they sorta become amorphic) it could be that what you saw was the face he wanted to maintain (the tan face) and the face he was trying to battle against (the pale dead face). He sounds like a ghost who died before he wanted to, and he is doing his best to try and fight against what has happened to him. That means feeding off whatever wellspring of human negativity he can find.

I don't think you have a ghost problem so much as an ego problem. That sounds bad, but really isn't. Please google Anima/animus and you will get some information. Sounds like a standard theory grand dream. The idea of it is this, your internal "feminine" feels disconnected from you and feels the need for you to sever your ties to the ego, the outward you, and touch base with your natural sacred feminine. Get spiritual! find out why you are disconnected from your true nature, re-evaluate your life! I'd be glad to talk more about this if you like [e-mail] if you wanna email about it!

I keep on professing the existence of spirits / ghosts . Many of us have he gift of being able to feel or see glimpses of the invisible spirits ( which I prefer to call them ) Just don't be scared , there is no harm that they can do to you , only in the movies ,and books . In reality they are ... call them spirit angels , they are guiding lights in your life time , they will protect and conform to your destiny , if you are meant to have a long life they will be there to make sure you make it to the end , and if your life is to be as short one, IT will be there to help you with the transition from live to spirit and guide you into another new baby body . If you have an open mind and allow them to be in your presence is when you will notice them more often and specially in difficult times . I have not have the pleasure of seen IT but I have sure felt IT many times and is a nice reassurance in my life of being protected , count your self fortunate to have this experience .
