I would have to say "Central California" If CAL. dominates the worlds agriculture and is in the top 5 largest economy in the world (due to that and the movies) That has to say something about the "SOIL" hundreds of miles of farm lands!
I have family there and anywhere you go its truly soft (different) stuff super easy to grow in! just my thought!
