All that something needs to be labeled as art is for one person to call it art. That doesn't mean that the majority considers it art. I think it's just from someone with photoshop and too much time on their hands.

I think it's done by some whiny *** who's still mad that his guy didn't win.
Don't get me wrong, I don't love President Bush, but don't be ridiculous.
Would it be right for me to make a picture like that of Nancy Pelosi? Freedom of speech, yes, but right?
