Through your local authority, you will need personal hygiene certificate, your vehicle (stand etc) inspected and certified as hygienic and safe, plus corgi gas certificate. You can park on most public road lay-bys (must be taxed insured and mot etc). but if you want to park long term in one particular place, you will require planning permission. You can park on private car parks like home base etc, builder’s yards, and markets but rent may be asked for. If you do go on say home base car park for £10 a day never tell them you are doing well, they will want more rent. Good luck.
