There are a few factors to this. The first is on your side, have you noticed a slow of speeds recently?? If so then eithier your ISP has lowered your connection cap or someone else is using some of your bandwith. Next is on the youtube site, youtube/google has many many servers, some are slower than others due to age and usage. Sometimes some servers are used more than others, this is why you get slow videos and some fast, youtube is now so popular that some servers are overflowing and shut down or go VERY slow. So my suggestion is eithier get a faster internet (videos will load faster since faster internet uses newer technology like FiOS and multiple connections), or wait for the videos to load.

goto dslreports.com and do a speed test, then check to make sure you getting what your internet company says you should get.

If your on wireless conection other people near by could be using your bandwidth speed.

if your computer has been hacked it could be running an email bot thats taken up your bandwidth.

In any case contact your internet provider

Do you have a dial up? If not try closing other windows while watching the videos. If you do have dial up trying your local library they should have computers you can use.

If you have been surfing the web a lot, you might have spyware on your machine causing it to slow down considerably..
