Because if you are getting paid to speak, you are now not gonna do it very a lot in view that its like paintings. Oh thanks, I've given you my ideas and all I get is a penny? Really? But when you must PAY, then its most often unwelcome. Mostly in view that you consider in view that you have got paid 2 cents that you'll jabber on endlessly whilst I wasn't even speaking to you within the first position! And that penny? Inflation. Want to do anything for amusing? You pay x quantity. Make it your process and receives a commission for it? Get paid part of x.

I think it's because thoughts are quiet so they are only 1 cent. But when you have to verbalize something, you are expending effort, so that raises the price to 2 cents.
