When serving on the sunny side of the court it is hard to see the ball which is why many people tend to toss away from the sun. This affects your regular motion and results in a miss hit.
The best tip that I can think of is keep practicing your serve until you get it down to your preference. By doing this it will help you serve in the sun because your toss will always be in the same place (now you don't have to look up) and now all you have to do is go through with your service motion.

Dealing with the sun in any sport is tricky. I suggest adjusting your toss. Imagine a clock. If the sun is at 12 o'clock then toss the ball at about 10 o'clock. If the sun is at 9 o'clock then make a higher toss, probably to 12 o'clock. The point is you want to keep your eye on the ball for the longest period of time to be able to make solid contact. Along with adjusting your toss you will have to adjust them moment of impact on your serve. This will take some practice but it will definitely help. Another advantage is, because you have practice this you will be able to use your new talent to throw your opponent off. Serving from different angles gives you an advantage because now your opponent has to guess at what kind of serve is coming next. If you only have one serve your opponent can find your rhythm and capitalize. If you show something different every time you'll have them confused. Sports is about finding advantages. Once you find that advantage you pounce on it. Having several serving angles will definitely be to your advantage. Practice, practice, practice...And then practice some more. Lata.

if you can avoid it, don't ever change your toss.

you should be able to, by pivoting your body slightly, alter where your toss goes in relation to the sun.

think of pointing your serve in the same way you think of a sundial.

stand at the service line and let your racket drop naturally to your side - where it is naturally pointing to, is where the serve should be headed (in general). the way i move my serve around is to just point that racket in a different direction.

this is very simple and works remarkably well.

obviously you don't want to be too obvious about what you are doing or your opponent will eventually figure this out and know where your serve is going.

you should be able to use this same method to avoid direct sunlight in your toss.

first off- always have a hat in your tennis bag. that will help somewat. u might even want to have sunglasses. but without those u can still do it. when your serving hit serves where u can toss away from the sun.(for a righty)if the sun is to the right- toss the ball to the left and hit a kick serve.if its to the left then toss it to the right and hit a slice.=)

Yes, throw the ball a little lower the you normally do , this will help you out and solve the problem.
