I'm 65 and can go as long as I did when I was younger...Never have a problem getting it up as I have really good health and eat right.....Masturbating when I was younger taught me how to last longer and to hold back when I wanted to..also, frequent orgasms help prevent prostate glad infections later in life..so you young guys, keep at it!! just try to last a little longer each time; get close, slow down; get close, slow down, etc. etc...!!

At 52, if I have am having a relationship with a regular partner I have complete control and can last and finish when I want. Of course, her satisfaction is my main concern. While I feel that it is important for a couple to do something sensual/sexual daily, it would not have to be the full act of intercourse, the right glance, the right touch, the properly timed kiss....magic ! At this point in my life once or twice per week would be perfect, the rest of the time I could just worship her.

My lady out scores me 3-1. I can last long enough for her to say she has had enough. We are not fast and agile anymore but we know exactly what each other wants and when to make it happen. Its like a symphony now compared to the rock& roll of our younger days.
