I know that the Project for a New American Century is available to read, and they have an official website. However, by the Freedom of Information Act could the American people have access to the actual reason that the Bush Administration put the Kurds in power in Iraq and not the real Iraqi people, or if the Administration was actually behind starting the civil strife in Iraq? Or are there certain limitations to the Freedom of Information Act?

So, you are saying a Kurd born in Mosul isn't a "real" Iraqi? You sound like a person with an agenda of negative discrimination to me. And, the Kurds aren't the only people in a place of authority, there. The Iraqis voted for their leaders, so long as they weren't Baathists. Why must there be a conspiracy hidden behind every little thing?

Why hate on the kurds, they're a extensive fulfillment tale of Iraq (humorous how thats fairly reported) and that they actually like us for the main section. And there'll continually be strife between sh'ia and sunni, is going returned to the Muhammed era and the entire conflicts over the caliphate that they had.
