Is it now 100 percent that larry birkhead is the father of anna nicole's baby ? my fiancee said he heard it on the radio...Is he going to get custody right away?

True!!! 99.9999% that he is. Howard said he will help Larry any way possible that Larry gets sole custody. Of course he is referring to Virgie,which I feel Anna Nicole would turn over in her grave if Virgie got any custody rights at all. She didn't even want her mom to lay eyes on this baby!!! I think they are planning for a gradual transaction so Dannielynn will get to know Larry. They are considering the little girl's best interest. The hearing on when Larry's custody is to take place is to happen this Friday.

Yeah -- they agreed before the hearing that if he is the father they would take care of it right away. Personally I think it's good because I think he'll keep her out of harm's way and try and protect her from the media while she is growing up. She may end up with a lot of money but the media is going to hound this poor child. I don't know.....I get good vibes from this guy.

Yes it is true and Stern said he isnt going to fight Larry for custody and Howard also said if Annas mother tries to fight for custody, he will side with Larry and help him...

Yes Larry is the father. DNA tests have proved it. I'm not sure if he is going to get custody, but I would assume so.

yes it is a 99.9999% probability that the baby is Larry Birkhead's. They have a hearing on Friday over custody of the baby.

I think he is fighting for custody but I haven't heard what is going to happen just yet. I got the news from CNN.

no social workers will have to pick up the baby from where shes at right now and then go through paperwork.
sometime this month he will get her, probably less than 2-3 weeks.

All he could say was that his baby will be home soon... but I'm sure there will be another big long stupid trial...
the smart thing would have been to adopt the sweet baby into a family who actualy loved HER not her mothers money. givin her to the damn nanny....
Is it just me..... but I dont see Birkhead raising that baby any better than anna's mother raised her. '
