i was given this link to tell me how to dress for a greek event at my school :

You just take a white sheet and put it around you in a way that one of your shoulders is naked. Then you put a brown wide belt around your waist, and maybe a wreath of green leaves on your head (better olive leaves). Well, that's is. An Ancient Greek woman.

Some kind of diner uniform or apron, with a pouch in the front to take souvlaki and gyro orders.
