I assume you mean your driving hours. Yes, they do. Or, it has to be some other adult over the age of 21. At least that's the law in IL and WI.

Well Andrea instead of answering no to the question I find it advisable that you ask for clarification so your sure on the subject there asking.
I would assume that you are talking about getting your drivers license for some reason. You do NOT have to be with a parent but you do have to be with someone over the age of 21 who has a valid license.. so sorry your friends can't take you out praticing unless your mom is in the car with them

In Maine it's someone over the age of 21 who has had their license atleast 3 years... Preferrably a parent

if your talking driving hours then ye a licence driver has to be in the car or your parents providing they have a full licence, they have to be in the car as you drive or you cant drive the car. T
