water does not belong. it does not belong cause cloud, dust, and sunlight are particles in the air. but water is a liquid. so i guess that's how i saw it.

It would be dust because it just lay somewhere on something and it also can build up and stick and make a ulgy mess on items. Also everything is in the sky and falls and brights the Earth.
