i'm always troubled with facial bumps especially when it is breezy
things from the doc always seems to dry out my face and leaves me flaky

Im not exactually sure what you mean by "Facial bumps" but St. Ives Apricot Scrub make your skin super smooth and soft. It can leave your face a little dry though, so make sure you use a facial (oil-free is the best) afterwards.

You could try something like Noxzema or Physoderm (both have generic equivalents in most drugstores) or a facial scrub like from St. Ives to see if that helps.
