All I can think of is the book and the tree both have leaves. (Leaves meaning pages of a book and leaves on trees) I can't see what's common with the table though.

They all have leaves. Pages are sometimes called leaves and the boards to expand a table are also called leaves and of course a tree has leaves.

The tree.
The book has paper that comes from the tree.
