There is no tradition of giving gifts on passover and no reason to do so. Why don't you just be kind to him and read the story of the going out of Egypt together.

Get a book from Art Scroll. They have a vast selection of interesting books in English. Get a Haggadah,book about the Passover seder.There are many music cassettes and CDs. Go to a Judaica store and ask one of the sales people to show you gift items,like silver kiddush cups.They also have a vast array of computer-items in Judaica stores.

Passover is not a gift giving holiday... You can get him some outdoorsy stuff for Lag B'Omer, though..

Kosher chocolates, maybe a little picture of yourself he can attach to his computer, maybe a small webcam so he can chat with you....some ideas.
