A0 find a new dentist
b- write to your dentist and tell that dentist why you will not be returning. Make sure you send the letter certified mail with restricted delivery with return receipt. It;s cheaper than registeredMake sure the mailman knows it must be signed for by the dentist. If you kinow where the dentist lives, send it regular mail to the dentist's home. That is better..
The person who yelled at you deserves to be fired.
The person will be disciplined.

The same thing happened to me. I went to a new dentist a couple of years ago, and as he was beginning to pull my tooth, I grapped his hand to tell him he had not deadened the area. He yelled at me to never do that again, that he could accidentally injure me. My feelings were still hurt because I felt he had no right to scream at me. I paid for his services and told him he was very unprofessional and never went back.
If you had a problem with someone else there, don't send a letter. Call and ask to speak to him personally. Explain to him what happened, and see what he will do to correct the problem.

I think you should call the doctor him/herself and tell them what happened and how you feel. Also I would have it in writing and send it registered mail. Always have proof of any complaints you make. That was very unprofessional of the person no matter what. And because it has bothered you, you need to get it off your chest and stand up for yourself. Good luck.

I would definitely write a letter, and send two copies. One to the dentist...and one to the better business bureau.
I would feel comfortable with my dentist to confront him personally. He would not want someone like that working for him that could drive business away.

You should have handled this directly when it happened.Without your business there is no service you are to be treated with the care respect and courtesy you deserve. No letters! you visit that office talk to her immediate supervisor in front of this person (whom should not be dealing with the public)demand a apology and if this has happened before with other customers question there goal as to what kind of representation they provide there customers. That's what I would do..

yes i would write to him, or clearly face him but with a proper and orderly manner i mean u don't want your reputation as a bad one, but writing a letter would be better, tht person will surely be ashamed of themselves, and next time u will be welcomed in a better way, good luck!

i would call and ask to speak to the doctor himself, and let him know what is going on then i would also report the person to better business bureau as she has NO RIGHT to yell at any patient for any reason.that is totally unprofessional.
