The easy way to clear out the decimals is to just multiply both sides of each equation by 10 or 100, whichever suffices to get rid of the decimals:
12.2 = 6.1x + 18.3
122 = 61x + 183
5.5x + 18.7 = 46.75
550x + 1870 = 4675
2.6x - 8.32 = 20.8
260x - 832 = 2080
-6.9 = -2.76 - 4.6x
-690 = 276 - 460x
This approach gives you bigger numbers, of course, but they're whole numbers. You should be able to take it from there.

I'll do thge first one for you:
12.2 = 6.1x + 18.3
the idea is that you need to get the constants on one side and the unknown on the other. Remember you can do anything to an equation as long as you do the same thing to both sides:
subtract 18.3
12.2 - 18.3 =6.1x +18.3 -18.3
perform indicated subtractions:
-6.1 = 6.1x +0
divide by 6.1
-6.1/6.1 =6.1x/6.1
-1 = 1x this is the solution x = 1

For #11, 12.2 = 6.1x+18.3
you only have tenths not hundredths, so multiply both sides by 10 to get
122=61x+183
Subtract 183 to get
-61=61x
Divide by 61
-1 = x
For #12 you start by multiplying by 10, and so on.

The key of an algebraic equation is to isolate the variables to one side of the equal sign and the numbers to the other.
