I live with my mom and sister, and whenever my uncle or some other guy comes over I can't wear my shorts...why should my mom make me change my clothes in my own house...I am an adult...is she being unfair?

maybe she knows something you don't or maybe something happened to her once where she was taken advantage of and doesn't want the same thing to happen to you, she is trying to teach you some modesty by the sounds. She's looking out for you girl OR she's jealous of your fabulous legs!!
While you are living under her roof, you should respect her rules.

It sounds a little overprotective to me. Are they really short shorts, like Hooker hot pants? I know a hippie mom that lets her 17 and 21 year old daughters (who are blonde and hot btw) parade around the house in g-strings and bikinis! True! I get a little embarrassed for them, but I openly check them out anyways because I'm a guy after all and if the mom let them, then why not? She's showing off her flesh's flesh, the pride of her genes!

ADULT? How old are you? Do you work and help pay the bills? Pay rent? Pay utilities? Are your shorts so short that people can see more than they have a right too? Just asking....you left too many unsaid facts out of this.
If you live under your Mothers' roof and are under 18 and don't pay bills to live there and don't have a job...then you have no say so as to what you can do and can't do in her house.,...she is the boss lady. sorry.............

Well, maybe you should tell your mom how you feel. Maybe you two can talk it over and come up w/ a solution. I'm sure your mom's doing that for your own good.
