actually, two 30 amps for two rooms, and each for living room and kitchen, just a typical set up, no heavy appliances, just a fans, pc and tv to be used.
however, my electrician suggests to put an extra 60amps main breaker.
is this ok to put an extra 60 amps main breaker or just a 4 units 30 amps breaker

It never hurts to have extra capacity in the panel. You never know when you might want to add some other feature. Like a dedicated circuit for a microwave, an instant hot water heater for beverages, or anything like that. Always have some spare spaces available. Good luck

I'd go for the 60 A panel myself. Sounds like an older home, and you may desire some other upgrades in a year or so.
