By acedent yesterday I rammed into the doorknob and today it really hurt when I would touch the spot.Today I can see a slight blue spot, but not very visible. It hurts about 3 inches from my wrist up on my radius. When I touch it, it hurts but I feel like there is a small bump. What is it? Will it go away soon?

It's a bruise. It should go away in a week or so. If it doesn't or continues to hurt, go see a doctor and get it checked out.

This would be a bruise. Dont push on it or you'll increase the bleeding. As long as you let the blood vessels become permeable, your venus return system will take out the bleeding in a few days.
If its painful or persists in coloration, use ice to decrease the bleeding. Small amounts of time with the ice.
And no more running into doorknobs
