i'm 5'2 and im 14 years old how will i grow much taller than i am? give me all the tips from experience and tell me what your height is?do you need to eat great healthy foods to grow tall?what is an approximate estimate of how tall i'm going to be when i'm 21?

Drink 2 large glasses of milk every day. I did for 20 years and now i'm 6'6

There is absolutely nothing that you can do to increase your height. You get those genes from your parents and they are set at birth. The only thing that you can do is hurt your chances of reaching full potential. You still have to eat properly and exercise. You still have one or two growth spurts left in you good luck.

I was 5'1" 3 months after I turned 14, than I hit my growth spurt and grew to 5'4"- 5'5". You have to wait for your growth spurt. You'll be about 5'6.5" - 5'8

Dudes stop growing at 19, girls usually at 17.
