Growing up, this was always considered for boys and not girls. I don't know what to think b/c if I had a daughter I wouldn't want her to turn out butch or like a tomboy and I am afraid video games can do that to girls. Sure, I don't mind girl's going to an arcade and playing the games where you win tickets because those aren't video games, they are more like little amusement type games, but I definately have a problem with girls playing violent games with guns, swords, and all that. Plus, they have those nascar racing games which could encourage girls to become nascar drivers which isn't for women b/c it is too unsafe and too masculine. Little girls shouldn't be butch or turn out that way. Ofcourse, those home video game systems probably have games for girls that have ponies and kittens and whatnot but still the thought of someone giving your daughter a masculine game as a gift is always a possibility. I think they are better off with EZ bake ovens, tea parties, and doll houses.

lighten up dude this is 2007 not 1957 where women can do all kinds of stuff...i suppose you expect women to cross their legs when they sit and wear makeup when theyre old enough.
you know what? no those things are not important.

when i was little i had Barbies and NES/Super NES. and now i have Playstation as well..also had a computer game called Centipede.
i still play video games though..i love the classic ones!
not all into that typical violence (like Mortal Kombat or whatever) but if my friend really wanted to (if we ever hung out again) i would w/him.
my favorites are Donkey Kong (i have all 3) and Mario. both of those are violent cuz you have to beat up all these kinds of creatures.
and do you see me? i turned out fine. i took a quiz a while back and i am 68 percent girl which is a perfect balance.

i dont wear makeup anymore, i hate the color pink (i own only 3 pink things and i try not to wear them too often) and sometimes i like to burp but i do wear some girly things and i do act like a girl. its always ok for a girl to have a little bit of boy in them because that is normal. we are all different and that is just part of individuality..if all the girls were typical girls the world would be boring. you need to let girls be what they want to be. and video games dont really cause a girl to become a tomboy..just because someone will play a violent game doesnt mean they want to fight remember that. and i dont really care for many racing games but there was a few i did play and i hate real racing. i would never do it in real life its nuts! but i love Need for Speed. ah those were the days.
but boo i cant find it now!!!

Sandstorm, what planet are you from? Or should I say what era past do you transport your self to the future from? I was a Tom boy growing up who liked to play with cars, guns, etc...but I also played with doll and had an easy bake oven. I turned out to be a very well rounded woman, with many interests. Did your daddy catch you playing dress up in mommy's clothes and like you in the closet? Is that why your so chauvinistic?

'60s- bill Russell, he had 9 earrings for the period of that decade so no argument there. '70s- that's a annoying one yet i think of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, he gained a hoop and gained assorted MVP's. '80s- Magic Johnson, gained approximately 4 or 5 titles during the last decade, and gained vs. poultry two times. '90s- Michael Jordan, has 6 earrings and 3 MVPs interior the last decade, and picture what could have been with those 3 comprehensive seasons he did no longer play. '00s- i think of i'm going to pass with Duncan, because has has 2 MVP's, 3 Finals MVP's, and four earrings, yet its a particular call with Shaq and Kobe. so some distance interior the '10s- Lebron as a results of fact he places up monster extensive style(all around interest) and has led the group to the perfect checklist, and that i assure he will have many earrings by skill of the tip of the last decade.

Watch OUT girls!! Sandstorm is BACK!!!
Bloody ridiculous to think that certain toys are for one
gender or the other, so I gather a boy can't play with
dolls hey!!! How on earth are men expected to be "good" fathers if they weren't even allowed to pretend to hold a
doll or care for it. Sick is what you are Sandstorm!!! But I've said it before!!!! Get help, before your corrupted mind starts causing actual damage to someones psyche.
RUN, as fast as you can to a counsellor if just for womankind!!
