Thats ridiculous. I love listening to Rush. He entertains me while Im at work.

Its not that democrats dislike talk radio,
Its that the majority of talk radio shows are ultra conservative (IE rush Limbaugh, Michael savage). If more liberals had gotten into hosting talk radio years ago, then there would be a bigger liberal talk show following (if that were possible).
This gap between conservative and liberal talk show hosts shows a basic difference between conservatives and liberals. Conservatives as a movement are actually more cohesive in thought and therefore are easier to target market. Liberals honestly are across the board (blame it on the "open mind") and are harder to pinpoint as far as desired listening topics/common talking points.

I'm an independent, but I don't like it because it is divisive. Talk show host, like Rush Limbaugh, have taught an entire generation not to listen to opposing views. They have taught people to see their fellow Americans, with opposing views, as the enemy within. I think they are a big reason why the people of this country cannot unite to resolve many of the problems that confront us today. Hell the very sovereignty of this country is at stake, with the proposed North American Union, and people simply aren't able to unite and say wait a minute here. What the hell is going on! That's why I don't like talk radio.

most people don't listen to it... Rush's ratings are around 2 million a day, and he's the highest...out of 300 million in the U.S...not even 1 percent...
most FM music stations get a bigger piece of the audience... overall
so, why does everyone dislike talk radio, for the most part?
because it's boring... people crying about their opinions that were basically the same opinions they have had for the past 10 years...

i enjoy talk radio. i just cant stand the drugged up pile of bile called rush Limbaugh, he is the most hateful human being i have ever heard on the radio.
he preaches intolerance and hate for anyone that does not align themselves with his views. what a great and admirable man....

I like IMUS in the morning,, and will continue to listen and or watch when his 2 week suspension is over for referring to those female basketball players as nappy headed Ho's,,,

They don't. I'm a Democrat, and I find Rush Limbaugh very entertaining. And I also listen to PBS.

Thinking people dislike most talk radio. The problem is evident from the Imanass situation that recently arose. When you are on the air for 4 hours per day, you have to spew something constantly and most of it is drivel.

Probably because it's a syndicate owned by rightwingers who use it to brainwash the dull and ignorant amongst us....all opinion and no facts.
