Actually yes... in the Generations movie the "new" enterprise takes a run out to Pluto.

Very wise those Star Trek people.

Zimma is right, as I remember, the exact quote by the Captain of the USS Eneterprise NCC 1701 B was "We'll just passed the asteroid belt! We'll be out beyond Pluto and back to star-dock. Just a quick run-around-the-block".
