As long as you still can say that you love them, it isn't time to end the marriage. Now, you just need to manage not to kill each other. LOL Every couple occasionally wants to strangle their mate, but they don't, cuz they DO love them.

Well, if you both love each other, why are you on the brink of divorce? If its true love, then you shouldnt even be thinking about divorce. Unless of course the love is one-sided and you only think he loves you the same. I agree with the first answerer....if you have found God, then give him some time to work in your hearts.

If there is true love and respect then there is a good chance. Having been to hell and back will only make you stronger as a couple. Believing in God, you should know that God never gives you more than you can handle. If there is no abuse and there really is love then I think it is worth a shot.

Too many people mention therapy or counseling. Decide how you want to live and decide if the person you are with can fit in that picture. If the answer is yes by both of you, the marriage should be saved. This is your new starting point. The foundation that can be built upon.

yes you should continue.....who in the world thinks that couples that have been married 50 years didn't go through hell and back and have rocky times??????? It is part of love and marriage and imagine how close you will be when you are in your 80's........if you love each other in your hearts, you can see it through......stop being petty with each other, don't sweat over things that don't really matter........

How old are your kids? If they are young still and you really believe you love each other....can't you find a way to work through your issues. With your faith you should be able to ask your church minister, priest, rabbi to help. Marriage and children present lots of "hell and back" but if you really want to stay together you should do whatever it takes to do so. Think of your kids first.

I would continue to try after 1 minute, and after 80 years of marriage.

I know where you are coming from. Are there things in him that always drive you up the wall? Are you the one who is always making up for the mess he creates?

Or is it the other way around? If it is either of these, then the one trying hard is going to get tired some day.

If there is still LOVE there is still HOPE. You have God now, your chances just got better! Good luck!

then you know you either put God first in your life or you don't . His way is always perfect, even though we can't see it.
