I don't know if I ever said that exactly because I, and I assume alot of other people, take life foregranted too much to say that kind of thing.

But I have definetely had many days where I get up, my body still wants some sleep, but the excitement of what I can do in the day ahead overpowers my desire to sleep and I am happy to get up. Some days, it's the responsibility of what I have to do that gets me up (getting up because I have to attend morning class, for example), but I do my best to take positive actions in life (towards how I eat, towards how I treat others, towards what I do) so that I can rise in the morning from excitement and not from mere responsibility.

Do you mean have we literally expressed that sentiment - or just felt it? If the former, then I'm willing to bet that many people haven't actually uttered the words of their exuberance to be living, but if the latter, yes, though I don't express it aloud, I do inside feel actually on quite many a day that I am happy to be living ... the sun shining on my face as I wake up in the morning is enough to make me smile almost everyday.

i say it in my own "psychological language" but not in that context, because very few people really do. and five minutes later i wish i was back in bed, why because i forget the fruitness of being alive, i see laziness as an excuse to indulge and disconnect, sometimes being grateful to be alive, doesnt mean your "grateful" for life.

think about it mr james

Usually I wake up and groan about how I'm still tired. So it takes about an hour before I'm awake enough to be excited to be alive.
