Get yourself a yellow outdoor bulb for you light. For some reason bugs won't gather around them AS much.
If that doesn't do the job try a citronella candle or lamp.
Still not getting it done? Get a bug zapper and put in far away from your sitting area. They are good entertainment.

they are attracted to the light,try and install one of those electric bug zappers near your door or where ever they are coming in at
