depends on state law. some piercers, usually dirtier ones will pierce anyone regardless of parents permission. you'll have to ask the piercing studio. also, never get a tat or a piercing unless the studio has been recommended to you. there are alot of shady people out there in the business.

I think you do need ur parents permission at least where i live in MASS u do. I had my lip pierced and it really does not hurt i had to take it oiut a week later because of a job but i will get it again. I think the ears hurt worse. Its very quick.

yes u do .. your parents actually have to go and yes it hurts more than u think.. Omg... god.. and I had children lol .. good luck!!
