Does he? I don't, he's bringing the ratings down. Everyone's sick of him, he needs off. So what if he's cute (:P), he's quite annoying now.

I don't think he should have made it to Hollywood. The only reason that he is still on is because Howard Stern is trying to make a mockery of the show. He is just jealous because Simon makes more money they he does.

Absolutely not! He has caused a perfectly good show to turn into a big joke! People that have far more talent than him, have been kicked off because someone with nothing better to do thought it would be funny to "vote for the worst." These campaigns should be stopped! American Idol has always been a respectable show, with some great talent. Because of Sanjaya, people just tune in for some weekly humor! He needs off!

sanjaya is HORRIBLE! i dont get how he even made it to the top 24 let alone hollywood! in my opinion i really hope he wins this show, it would be hilarious and i dont think the show would last much longer if it were to happen. This season isnt all that good, the only person i like is jordin, the rest are annoying...

To answer your question Lauren, the guy can't sing, and he doesn't have the personality or the talent to be an american idol. But the american idol producers and NBC intend to keep him on the show for publicity. Alot and i mean alot of ppl see american idol just to see him sing badly and get dogged by the judges. He actually rises the ratings for the show because everyone watches to see if he'll get voted off. : )

I think that American Idol has sunk to an all time low but America keeps voting to keep him on so what can you do. I always thought Katherine McGhee was horrible but she made it through until the end and became runner up. People were stunned when she made it through the round that Chris Daughtry got booted off.

He doesn't deserve to be there he can't sing for one thing he is making a freak show out of idol and i wouldn't watch it but i like Melinda and Lakeesha, and Phil and Blake, Chris is ok

It's actually gotten to the point where I don't watch the performance shows, and I only tune in on Wednesdays with the results.

He is not a good singer, therefore i do not think he should be on American Idol. As Simon has said repeatedly, this is a singing competition.
